The purpose of this is to provide a reference for Sorority Gourmet LLC, Owners Frank Benninghoff and Brian Johnston whom I have employed since Oct.10, 2008 to date. Frank and Brian have worked under my direct supervision at Gamma Phi Beta UCLA during this time and I’ve enjoyed watching them order, prep and serve all our meals here at the house. They are highly skilled chefs with attention to taste, quality and presentation. I have been very impressed with their professionalism and food safety knowledge. They reorganized the entire kitchen with the purpose of efficiency. Through their planning they have been able to maintain our budget with the freshest ingredients available.

It is without reservation that I can heartily recommend Frank Benninghoff, owner of SORORTIY GOURMET, LLC, as an excellent resource for food services for sororities. Providing for the sometimes quirky requirements of approximately 57 young women on a regular basis with the thrown-in challenge of meeting the special requirements of about 125 young women at least once a week not to mention the myriad of down-to-the-wire-oh-please-help requirements for special events for which there is never enough notice is a challenge that Frank and his crew have risen to often. They come prepared to meet the special desires of these young women by adjusting when new food desires are request, accommodating for whatever is asked of them including providing healthy food alternatives while staying within budget. At this point in time, we aren’t even thinking of looking anywhere else for our sorority meals—SORORITY GOURMET has it all covered.

This year we have been lucky to have Sorority Gourmet as our food service and have had such a great experience. Frank from Sorority Gourmet makes sure that we have everything we need and our lunches and dinners have been delicious. I know I speak for my chapter as a whole when I say using Sorority Gourmet was a great choice and we are so pleased. Not only does the food taste great but the presentation is well done too. Cooking to please 24 -120 girls cannot be easy but Frank and the Sorority Gourmet team provide options at each meal that satisfy each girl's taste.
